Effective 21 July 2026. Purehome Cleaning Ltd handles personal information for cleaning enquiries, bookings and service delivery.
Information we collect
When you enquire or request a booking, we may collect your name, email, phone number, service address, property details, preferred dates, access and parking information, pet information and cleaning requirements.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your request, contact you, arrange and provide services, maintain business records, send service communications, improve our website and comply with applicable obligations. Do not enter alarm codes, lockbox codes or payment card details in the initial booking form.
Storage and access
Booking records are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessible only to authorised people who need them for service administration. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information.
Sharing
Information may be shared with cleaning personnel or service providers only where reasonably necessary to assess, arrange or deliver your requested service, or where required by law. Purehome does not sell booking information.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you. You may also ask us to remove information where we are not required to retain it.
